Notch signalling and homeodomain factors. Embryos were electroporated with control shRNA vector (A and B) or Si3 (C–H) at HH11 and fixed at HH22. Sections were hybridised with Hes5-1 probe (A and C), or immunostained for Nkx6.1 (E) and Pax6 (G). Green channels (B, D, F, and H) show co-expressed GFP.
