Mitotic angles are unchanged after PTPγ perturbation. Spinal cords were electroporated at HH11 with expression vectors and fixed at HH22 before sectioning and staining with DAPI (A; put AB in figure). Angles of anaphase nuclei were measured (B) with respect to the inner face of the ventricles; 0° represents horizontal cleavages (example 1), 90° represents orthogonal cleavages (example 2).
