Proliferation and resistance of MCF-7 variants in culture. Growth curves of MCF-7 (A) and MCF-7/Doxo (B) were established over 5,5 days. Cells were grown in the absence or presence of doxorubicin (0.1 to 10 μM, corresponding symbols given in the legend in B) and counted every 12 hours in a Malassez chamber.
