A, the mRNA levels of C4ST-1, GalNAc4S-6ST, and Wnt-3a in parental L cells, L-Wnt-3a cells, and L-Wnt-3a-C4ST-1 clones were analyzed using real-time PCR as described in Fig. 1B. B, cell lysates prepared from L, L-Wnt-3a cells, and L-Wnt-3a-C4ST-1 clone 3 and clone 11 were digested with N-glycosidase F and analyzed using immunoblots probed with anti-Wnt-3a antibody. Wnt-3a* indicates Wnt-3a proteins without N-glycosylation.
