Sphingolipid content of rat brain tissue and brain mitochondria
Total ceramide, SPH, S1P, or SM content (pmol/mg of protein) was determined in the P1 rat brain or mitochondria purified from P10 rat brain. Each sample was normalized to its respective total protein. Values are mean ± S.E., n = 16.
