A 1.1% agarose gel electrophoresis of size-fractionated cDNA for removal of small oligonucleotides. Single-drop fractions (15 fractions, 35 μL each) were collected in separated tubes, and 3 μL of each fraction was electrophorised on 1.1% agarose gel at 150 V for 10 min.
