] Comparison of the RosettaEPR knowledge-based potential to the bounded potential. T4-lysozyme was folded de novo in Rosetta guided by 25 experimental restraints. Restraint violations were scored according to either a bounded potential or the EPR knowledge-based potential. The RMSD distributions of the resulting models when folded with optimally weighted restraint energies are compared to folding without restraints.
