Cytokine/chemokine profile of poly(I:C)-treated and MHV-68–infected human primary trophoblast. Isolated human first trimester trophoblast cells were treated with either 25 μg/ml poly(I:C) or MHV-68 at a multiplicity of infection of 1.4 for 72 h. Supernatants were collected, and cytokines and chemokines were measured by Multiplex.
