The γ-secretase inhibitor DAPT reduces Aβ formation in primary and immortalized cells. H4 cells overexpressing human APPK595N/M596L and primary telencephalic chicken neurons were treated with different concentrations of the γ-secretase inhibitor DAPT for 24 h.
