Copy number estimates by LM-PCR. (A) Scatter plot of copy number calculations of the samples used for LM-PCR junction sequencing. The number of provirus copies per cell as determined by qPCR and by the frequency of LM-PCR sequence reads are shown for each sample listed in Table 3. The Pearson correlation coefficient r was statistically significant. (B) Gel electrophoresis of five different LM-PCR reactions performed on genomic DNA from FD3 leukocytes obtained 1 year after transplant. The reactions were performed under identical conditions, demonstrating that different junction products were obtained in each repetition.
