The Pearson correlation coefficient r was statistically significant. (B) Gel electrophoresis of five different LM-PCR reactions performed on genomic DNA from FD3 leukocytes obtained 1 year after transplant. The reactions were performed under identical conditions, demonstrating that different junction products were obtained in each repetition.
