The three selected highly upregulated or downregulated functional categories from the enrichment analysis performed with GOrilla Gene Enrichment Analysis and Visualization Tool. The resultant categories reflect the gene expression differences of the bacteria-stimulated sample compared to unstimulated sample in 24 h time point.
