Effect of somatostatin concentration on the endogenous NHE8 expression in Caco-2 cells. Cells were cultured in standard medium or somatostatin-containing medium (1 or 0.1 μM) for 18 h. Total protein (A), crude membrane protein (B), and cell surface protein (C) were prepared and used for Western blot analysis.
