Effect of SSTR2 agonist and antagonist on NHE8 expression in Caco-2 cells. Caco-2 cells were preincubated with 1 μM SSTR2 antagonist CYN154806 (CYN) for 1 h before addition of 1 μM SST or SSTR2 agonist seglitide (Seg).
