The kidney_lenburg study was selected from GCOD. Then t-test was performed with the 2 sample groups; low-quality hybridizations and hybridizations with less than 5% Present calls were excluded from the t-test. Also, the Bonferonni correction for multiple testing was applied. Only the top 20 results are shown from a list of 308 results returned. Item 271 (VEGF) also is listed.
