OPN-induced neuroprotection is blocked by integrin receptor analog. Rat pups were treated with GRGDSP (5 µmol/L, 1µl) 15 minutes before OPN treatment. TTC staining at 48h post HI revealed that OPN-induced neuroprotection is blocked by integrin receptor analog treatment (*P<0.05, vs. HI+OPN-0.1). Vertical bars indicate SEM.
