Air pouches were raised on the back of female Entpd1^+/+ and Entpd1^−/− C57BL/6 mice. At the indicated time in hours (H) post s.c. injection of LPS in the pouches, inflammatory exudates were collected and analyzed for IL-1β level by ELISA.
