A nonselective NOS inhibitor (L-NMMA, 2 mM) and a specific iNOS inhibitor (L-NIL, 50 μM) significantly enhanced MMP-1 (A), MMP-3 (B), and MMP-13 (C) expressions induced by adiponectin (30 μg/ml).
