Contents of sinapine and remaining sinapate esters (Residual SE) in segregating T2 seeds of transgenic oilseed rape lines (1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) and the parental cv Lisora (wild type [WT]). For bulk analysis, 10 normally shaped seeds from each line were pooled and subjected to methanolic extraction. Extracts were analyzed by HPLC.
