Fig 4 — The mechanism of data delivery between mobile database and PACS. SQL server agent with Internet Information server and SQL client agent are installed on PACS image server and mobile database, respectively, to enable the data delivery between PACS and remote mobile phones. The mobile database can issue SQL query commands via http to SQL server agent and then receive the results. Meanwhile, the PACS image server will be updated synchronically with mobile database if the transaction takes place.
