Antibody affinities are based on Western blotting tests of whole tissue lysates from normal human brain tissue (caudate nucleus, dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, HF, and pSTG). Results of such tests on the caudate nucleus and pSTG are described in Text S1 and illustrated in Supplementary Figure 1.
