Quantification of inflammatory proteins by iMSTIQ. Peptides derived from conditioned media harvested at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 18 h post-treatment of mouse macrophages with LPS were analyzed using iMSTIQ. As a control, peptides were prepared from media harvested from macrophages 18 h following treatment with PBS.
