ChEC analysis of Pho4 binding at PHO5 promoter in wild type and pho2Δ cells. PHO2 wild type (PHO2) and pho2Δ cells (pho2Δ) cells expressing Pho4-MNase were cultured in phosphate-free media for 0, 2, 3, and 4 hours.
