Decaprenyl diphosphate biosynthesis in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The roles of Rv1086 and Rv2361c have been demonstrated, yet biochemical analysis indicated they are dependent on a previously uncharacterized GPP synthase, which is demonstrated here to be encoded by Rv0989.
