5-hour fasting serum leptin (A) and serum cholesterol (B) concentrations of WT and T4Mu mice that received LF and TF diets. Significant difference was determined with 2-way analysis of variance (genotype × diet type) for serum leptin and serum cholesterol. Serum leptin and cholesterol are significantly higher in T4Mu mice compared to WT mice that received TF diet. Serum cholesterol is significantly higher in T4Mu mice compared to WT mice that received LF diet.
