Expression of pro-lymphangiogenic factors is elevated in the skin of PU.1–/– mice. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to determine the relative level of gene expression in PU.1–/– (n=4) compared with wild-type (n=4) E16.5 skin samples.
