In the IUGR group, 1) one neonate was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome at 8 months of age; 2) one woman was epileptic and was treated with a low dose of lamotrigine (100 mg twice daily); and 3) another woman was a heroin addict who had been taking reducing doses of methadone during pregnancy.
