The effects of dopamine D2 receptor agonist and antagonist on apoptosis of neonatal cardiomyocytes exposed to simulated ischemia/reperfusion. Cardiomyocytes were subjected to 2 h of simulated ischemia, and then incubated under normal conditions in the presence or absence of 10 μM bromocriptine or haloperidol for 24 h.
