Summary of the results obtained by nonlinear analysis of surface plasmon resonance binding equilibrium experiments as detailed in (Laugel et al., 2007) and (Melenhorst et al., 2008). K_D values were determined by analyzing the data in nonlinear curve fittings to the equation AB = B x AB_max / (K_D + B) assuming 1:1 Langmuir binding.
