Effects of EGb761, quecertin and bilobalide on the cleavage activities of caspases in the hypoxia-reoxygenated cardiomyocytes. The extracted proteins from the cardiomyocytes were incubated with Ac-DEVD-AMC and the release of 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) was measured.
