GC/MS chromatogram of PFBBr derivatives of unlabeled formate (C1), acetate (C2), propionate (C3), butyrate (C4) and pentanoate (C5) of 100 μl distilled Milli-Q water (panel A), 100 μl of 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH=7, prepared in distilled Milli-Q water) And the 100 μl of 1 mM of each acid was taken for analysis (panel C). The injection volume is 1 μl with splitless mode. The mass spectrometry is NCI mode with ammonium as reaction gas.
