Effect of mometasone on IL-6 and IL-8 induced secretion from epithelial cells. Epithelial cells were incubated with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) in presence of mometasone (MF) for 24 h. MF caused a dose-related inhibitory effect on FBS-induced IL-6 (A) and IL-8 (B) release. Results expressed as mean ± SEM.
