Emergence of distinct sub-populations of B cells expressing CD23 and CD58 following exposure to EBV. B cells from a representative healthy EBV-seropositive (A) and a representative healthy EBV-seronegative (B) subject were un-infected (left panels) or exposed to EBV (right panels) and placed in culture.
