Mononuclear cell profiles in liver and spleen. Absolute numbers of non-B cells were lower in liver and spleen of B cell deficient (μ−/−) mice compared to B cell sufficient controls. DX5+CD3 cells (designated NK cells here) were decreased in liver and spleen of μ−/− mice, and the number of activated NK cells decreased. The other cell populations did not demonstrate significant differences in liver whereas some did in spleen. (The numbers shown here were normalized per 1 gram of liver and spleen tissue.)
