Confluent monolayers of TrHBMECs (A–C) and HMVECs (D–F) were wounded by scraping with a pipette-man tip. The cultures were allowed to recover for 18 h in the presence of control IgG (A and D), antibody LM609 against αvβ3-integrin (B and E), and antibody 2A3 against the α4 laminin subunit (C and F).
