Cyclin and cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) expression in THP-1 cells after 24 h of tomentodiplacone B (TOM B) treatment. (A) Cyclins D1 and D2 were undetectable in THP-1 cells. The expression of cyclin A2 and cyclin E1 was reduced, and the expression of cyclin D3 and cyclin B1 was not affected, as determined by Western blot analysis. Human foreskin fibroblasts cells were used as a positive control for Western blot analysis of cyclin D1 and cyclin E1 expression and human embryonic stem cells were used as a positive control for cyclin D2 expression.
