Northern hybridization analysis of S. aureus 8325-4 and SH1000 trxA and trxB transcripts: effect of diamide. Cultures of 8325-4 and SH1000 were grown aerobically to the mid-exponential phase of growth and treated with 0.5 and 2.0 mM diamide for 15 min.
