Total charge transfer calculated 1.5s window following the offset of the visual stimulation and initial charge transfer calculated 50ms window following the onset of the evoked response. Responses from GFP control, non-transfected (NT) control and moCTRL cells are comparable at all intensity tested. Asterisks represent statistic significance between wtIR and dnIR experimental groups and control group which contains data pooled from GFP control and NT control or between moIR group and moCTRL group.
