Fig. 8 — HOM imaging results are summarized for a Giardia lamblia cyst and a Mulberry pollen. The low-resolution (LR) hologram exhibit aliasing which is resolved in the super-resolved (SR) hologram. Note that because of the smaller dimensions of these flowing objects, it is not practically feasible to provide the exact microscope comparison images of the same samples, and therefore representative microscope images of the same species are provided. The flow velocity in both cases was 2-3 μm/s, and the flow was electro-kinetic.
