Intragenic complementation between ts arf1 mutants. (A) Wild-type (WT), arf1-11 (11), and arf1-16 (16) cells were crossed with each other. Diploids were selected by complementary auxotrophic markers in the strains and grown on YPD plates at the indicated temperatures for 4 d.
