The reaction system comprised 2.82 g of fatty acid, 580 μl of ethanol added at one time and the addition of various amounts of immobilized lipase added at 30°C for 3 hours and spun at 190 rpm. (B) The effect of the ratio of ethanol to fatty acid on the esterification reaction. The reaction system comprised 2.82 g of fatty acid, various amounts of ethanol added at one time and 0.33 g of immobilized lipase at 30°C for 3 hours and spun at 190 rpm.
