The cells were ³⁵S-labelled for 2 h commencing 45 h post-DNA transfection and chased for a further 1 h prior to harvest. Lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-VSV-G antiserum and half of the sample incubated with endo H. Proteins were visualized by SDS–PAGE and autoradiography.
