Neurological deficits were evaluated by the De Ryck, Bederson, and foot fault tests in rats receiving vehicle or GW3965 administered 2 or 6 h after ischemic insult. Tests were performed at 24 h (white columns) and 48 h (black columns) after MCAO. Statistical differences were evaluated with a Mann-Whitney test.
