Proband 3 (b) at 3 years and 7 months of age; he has dolichocephaly, low-set and prominent ears, hypertelorism, epicanthal folds and a flat midface. Proband 4 (c) at 12 years of age; he has hypertelorism, almond-shaped eyes, low-set ears and full lips. (B) Photographs of patients 9, 10 and 11 with duplications of 10q22.3q23.2.
