Mislocalization of HA-Pma1 in wild-type and vma3Δ strains. Wild-type and vma3Δ cells bearing pMET25-HA-PMA1 were derepressed by shifting into methionine-free medium, as described under “Experimental Procedures.” Cells were fixed and permeabilized for indirect immunofluorescence staining with anti-HA antibody followed by CY3-conjugated secondary antibody.
