B, cells bearing pMET-HA-Pma1 (pS1) or pMET-HA-Pma1–7 (pS3) were derepressed for 3 h at 37 °C to express tagged Pma1 or Pma1–7. HA-Pma1 or HA-Pma1–7 was immunoprecipitated with anti-HA antibody, and immunoprecipitations were analyzed by Western blot with anti-ubiquitin (top) followed by anti-HA (bottom).
