Disorganization of ROS was observed in all three analyzed P23H/+ mice (B, C, and D) as perpendicularly placed discs (arrows) or elongated discs (arrowheads). C, E, and F retinal images were obtained from one mouse to show disorganization at the incisure (C) and base of ROS (E) and both types of disorganization in a single OS (F).
