(A, B) At 24 hours after transfection of siRNA, primary cultured E14 mesencephalic neurons were treated with 40 µM paraquat (A), 5 nM rotenone (B), or their respective vehicle control for another 24 hours. The cells were fixed and stained for TH. The number of TH+ neurons was normalized to vehicle control-treated groups. *p < 0.05.
