Each row is a transcript (probe set), and each column is a sample. Transcripts detected at similar levels in male and female samples (Not dimorphic), at a higher level in either female or male samples (Dimorphic), or in female or male samples only (Sex specific) are shown. Relative expression level is shown according to the color code. For each group, the number of corresponding genes is given in brackets. WT, wild type; Wv, mutant.
