UDCA decreases nuclear p65 activation and hyperpolarizes mdx TS fibers. (A) Nuclear activation of p65 in mdx costal diaphragms exposed to vehicle or UDCA for 2 hours. Relative nuclear absorbance is the absorbance of the sample normalized to that of a positive control consisting of 2.5 μg Jurkat nuclear extract.
