The symbol ↔ represents MF + menadione exposed groups compared to groups exposed to menadione alone. Exposure to menadione (doses 15 and 20 µM) and MMS (15 and 20 µg/ml) caused statistically significant increase in micronucleus frequency (p<0.05, p<0.001, p<0.05 and p<0.01, respectively). Error bars represent SEM from three experiments, * =  p<0.05, and ** =  p<0.01.
